Overview

The PADI Open Water Diver certification is the most recognised scuba qualification in the world. This is the course that grants you the freedom to dive independently at sites around the globe, to a maximum depth of 18 metres. The programme combines eLearning, confined water skills training in a pool, and four open water dives in the ocean or a lake. You will learn to use all standard scuba equipment, plan dives safely, manage buoyancy, and navigate underwater. Completing your Open Water Diver certification opens a door to a world most people never get to see.
