Overview

The Emergency First Response course is a comprehensive first aid and CPR training programme. It is a prerequisite for the Rescue Diver course and teaches you to respond to life-threatening emergencies on land or at sea. The curriculum covers Primary Care (CPR and airway management), Secondary Care (first aid), and Care for Children. EFR certification is valid for two years and widely recognised well beyond the world of diving.
